You can get wiseco piston and rings, a K&N air filter, a web cam shaft for it and a couple pipes.

why not port it? hone out the carb, throw in a bigger carb, hone out the exhaust, how about a DID timeing chain?

Yeah, I love mine. It's just the $ problem. I pay for all my trikes/mods myself and am only turning 16 and don't have a job. So $ is a concern. Which is faster? My DX smokes my 250 big red.

you can get brush guards for it. i just saw some on ebay but they didnt have the bolts to attach them onto the handlbars. mines got brush guards too, there pretty nice, i would recommend getting some. i almost positive that you can get some different wheel hubs and i know you can get some different wheels like some alluminum ones from www.denniskirk.com you should mow lawns for 20 bucks to get some money but its kinda late now coz its startin to get cold. im also 15 and i've heard that once you turn 16 its real easy to get a job

my DX (84 model) gots a .050 wiseco piston in it
im lookin for 4 bolt hubs for it tho
where can i find some
i want to chrome the bottom of my forks
new blue pastic
my dads black DX (stock) runs 55mph
with mine being bored .050 mine go 65 (surprised me)
but i need aluminum rims
but i need 4 bolt hubs (easier to buy aluminim rims for)
will a timberwolf hub fit
or beartracker

i think yamaha 350 big bear hubs fit it coz supposedly it shares the same axel as the dx
