I have a friend that just got 2 84 tecates, one is a parts bike. He is having difficulty locating a front rim that will allow him to run a narrower tire like a 250r or later tecate. Where can he obtain one and does anyone have any experience with a solution for him? Is there any manufacturer that can make one or that does make one. It is $257 for a factory 86 tecate front rim. Any help would be most appreciated.
