roosty is right. man i hate that :D i dont care what it started as it is bad ass now. i think it is the coolest trike i have ever seen. the guy that owns it seems to be really cool also, unlike some other bad ass trike owners.:rolleyes:

kasey buy some prozac. you need to calm down and chill out. your bike is awesome and i would love to have it. you attitude sucks and i am glad i have never met you. like i said that guy is cool. he is not tring to pick a fight or a race. he built a trike and is showing it off. i dont remember ever accusing you of talking trash or telling stories. get over it.

personaly i would rather have Kasey's trike myself (maybe because i'm building one similar myself?) while the KX500 conversion is very nice, it is still a bike with 2 wheels in the back. i have been seeing conversions like this since the early 80's and have even riden a few i perfure the lower wider frame than the tall skinny bike frame. don't get me wrong im sure its fast and all and i'd love to ride it in the dunes but i personaly am more impressed by Kasey's ATC 500R

P.S. Kasey did you have to modify the frame for the 500 exhaust manifold/pipe

why did this turn into a which bike do you like best post????? the intent was to show off a new trike which had a 500cc engine on it. i would prefer kaseys bike but this guy built his bike to race. maybe we will start a 500r vs kx 500 poll in a new topic. :cool:

A little bit of info. on the bike:

1998 Kawasaki KX500
Custom triple clamps/chromoly aerotube swingarm
1985 Tecate rear carrier and axle
Jerry Hall porting/powervalve mod.
FMF pipe, PVL ignition, Keihin 40mm carb.
Barnett clutch, NOS nitrous system, window ported piston

It took about 6 months to build and was a relatively easy conversion. The
hardest part was machining the triple clamps. It is a blast to ride!"

i dont know. he said the triple clamps were custom but he did not mention the forks. i can ask him if you would like to know.
