I just went out and measured across my 200s front end and my 250es, looks like the big red axle is about 1.5" longer. I think I have two more axles, do you need one? they list for 78 dollars from honda, just for the axle.

You will have to center drill it and try to use a ease out stud extractor. If the extractor does't work, use a 1/8/ drill bit and drill STRAIGHT through the stud. Gradually increase the hole size until the broke stud has very little material left. Sometimes you get lucky and the stud spins out while being drilled, if not , you may have to get a metric tap this size to remove the threads left in the grooves. I had a detailed explanation of this but my electricity blinked and I lost it. I hope this will get you started. After you do this 3-4 hundred times it doesn' seem too bad. :D
