I Need More Power!!!!

hey fellas maybe you can give me a hand i need more power out of my 84 200s. i got a 28mm mic. carb and a uni filter and modified my baffle.(took it out and drilled a few holes) any thing else i can do for a reasonable price. i can do alot of macine work here in the garage would porting help any???im up for any suggestions.. thanks :headbang: :headbang: :fire:

bye a bigger trike. i'm sorry it may not be what you want to hear but, trying to build up a 18+ year old motor is futile unless you plan on going through EVERYTHING otherwise your hopping up a "tired" engine. and whats worse a motor that was never designed to be hopped up and a chassie not designed to have more power.

if you still feel you must spend your hard earned cash. go with the basic 4 stroke order of things A.P.C.P.C.P.S.

A BIG WORD OF CAUTION...four stroke porting should not be attempted unless you have a "flow bench" otherwise you'll do more harm then good. four strokes are a LOT more sesitive to porting changes then two strokes. no self respecting or quality four stroke engine builder will port a four stroke with out a flow bench. if you find one who does then he is not a professional.
