dg pipe and silencer with k&n now what

i just bought a dg pipe and silencer all crome and a k&n filter i installed them and i back fire on decel. what should i do? i know i am going to need to jet it but what jets should i try and how do i jet it.

internet jetting is next to impossible. there are to many variables to consider.

when you do not list the make and model of the trike and the carburator internet jetting is completely impossible

Many times that's air being sucked into the pipe either at the head or at the headpipe/midpipe connection. Make sure it's sealed everywhere- that's the simplest possible problem, especially since you just changed all the exhaust components.

alright i will try that is there a gasket that goes from the header to the head.

you have increased the airflow so I am about 99% sure you will need to go at least a size or 2 up on the main jet. You might want to try moving the clip a notch to see if that helps too. I'm pretty sure there is a copper washer or something on the 200x between the headpipe & engine.
