I need to adjust the valve on my 250 sx & 200 s is this a big deal? I ask cause i would rather ride them than have them sit.

Hey whaen you do the sx let me know. i have to do my machinw soon but dont have time! id rater ride it! it just clunks a little when you give it to her. maby its something diffrent andy one have ideas?, i like ideas! something to ponder apon.
Valves clack , other thinges clunk. :( Ajusting is a simple thing to do to a trike. just fallow the manual. :thumbsup:

yeah it is valves its more of a click but im too efficent in my movement to want to fix them. basicly im lazy.!:doh:

That might be the cam chain tension needs to be adjusted, which is very easy. Also it might be the drive shaft u-joint. I would find out befor it gets real serious and expensive.;)
Sorry Dirt Digger but the SX has a self ajusting chain tensioner. and the drive line will give a vibrashon when your moveing, if you get a clangking it too late. :eek: Well ATC_250sx run the dam thing till it cost you to replace the top end, Like lazy poeple do. :chuckle:

no im ordering the gaskets on fri day and ill do them sometime next week. and i know its not the driveshaft the u joint is good belive me i had it all apart and what a nightmare. but all bette now. hey DADS do you know what the gap is?

I don't have a 250sx but I thought you adjusted the cam chain tension same as you do on a 200x. The 250sx doesn't have a bolt that you loosen to permit to tensioner to adjust itself?:confused: :confused:
