Here's a shot of our 85' 200x. We basicly traded a xr 80 for it.
It was in fairly poor shape when we got it.It came with a twist throttle and super trapp ex sys.. It ran well and it was our first fully suspened trike.I bead blasted and painted the tank, reupolstered the seat, rebuilt the front shocks, tuned and adjusted the engine and put new tires on it.I gave it to my oldest son(13) and he loves it. High wheelies to ya.....................Troll

Nice looking trike. Mine favors it a lot. I like the tires, I need to get some rear tires for mine.

Thanks for the replys !
The tires are carlise strykers, they sure made a difference, they wear good and have good traction..I got original fuel tank stickers now ( $20.00 pair).
We've put alot of miles on it so far.We got riding a few time a week this time of year.Too much fun.
Thanks again all ....................................Troll:thumbsup:

Thanks Rob.
It was a good trade for both I think.I totally rebuilt the bike.My boys just out grew it. The trike looked pretty sad when we got it. I really like to restore trikes.
The rear does seem to be a little low slung in the pic,But it looks o.k. otherwise,I just checked it out a little and compaired it to our 83' and it seems o.k.
I thought the exaust system would do more than it really does, maybe I still need to do more jet work. Let us know how yours goes.o.k.?
Good luck on your 87' !:headbang:
