I've got a minor oil leak on the left-hand crankcase cover. It appears to be leaking out around the rubber seal where the wires from the pulse generator come out of the top of the crankcase. The engine was worked on to get it running again and one thing I had to get replaced was the pulse generator, so the left-side crankcase cover of course was taken off. It's got new gaskets you can see them nice and fresh green. But what am I supposed to do about the leak around the seal?

What a pain...lol  if I didn't love the damn thing so much :hail: I'd have to get rid of it. ;)

When I remove the stator cover i use a sealer when i put the wire seal in the cover. get some liquid tape . clean the top of the rubber seal and case. coat with liquid tape let dry. Should stop it.

Liquid tape.... Where can I find this? More than likely an automotive store 'eh? I'll see what I can find.

Thanks
