Help identify 3 wheeler????

I need help identifying a 3 wheeler frame I picked up last weekend. It has been stripped down and the only possible identifying logo is a mud flap/sprocket protector with the word "phoenix" on it. The flap looks factory, so I would think that would be the key. The frame looks like a suzuki alt 125 with no suspension in the front or rear. I will post a pic in the next few days. Here are the pics of this mystery trike. I hope somebody can help me out. I stuck the 5 hp Briggs in the frame for scale. There is a sticker by the base of the handlebars, but it is too worn to read.

that looks very similar to two old manco-type trikes I picked up a few weeks ago. I'll post pics of them when i get back from missouri.
