Like the subject line says, I'm looking for an idea of what the majority of the 250Rs (or any of the 2 stroke people) are running in the gear/clutchbox. I've always just ran whatever I had in the shop - but I'm looking to improve my bas-akward ways :) .
I'm going to use synthetics for the Mix and in the case. I want to make the gears and clutch pack last as long as I can, I'm hard on things (trying to curb that too, but then it's NO fun).

Anyhow:
What are you guys using in your cases.

For a quick (peace of mind) change for the weekend, I just ended up putting in some fresh 20w-50 partial Synthetic Castrol(engine oil SL [api]). There is some real good stuff made by Torco which says on the can - for 2 stroke Transmission, and it is an 80w --- and is $7.00 (us). I went the quick easy, cheep way (for this weekend only) and paid $1.50 for a quart of the partial synth. oil.
Thanks again for the replies.
