fouled plugs 185s

i have 185s that fouls plugs. engine will not start!!cleaning plugs used to work now only new plug allows engine to start..
commspec...i've torn down & cleaned carb. still won't idle. when it does idle the air screw adj is 1/2 turn out not 1.5 to 2. also looking for smaller jets. #95 is in now..Keihin carb. new carb only fix???$$$$

Make sure that the air/fuel mixture is adjusted correctly.

i'm taking it that it isn't burning oil?

a bad needle valve and valve seat will cause this to happen. if you bought a aftermarket needle valve, it will also do this messed up ****.

buy a new honda made needle valve and seat.
mis adjusted carb will also do this
