just the pipe, not much accept make the trike piss loud, of you upgrade the air cleaner and rejet...theres a felt difference in performance:D

you can buy a k&n air filter that goes straight on the carb for about $40

Stay away from deep water if you go the K&N filter without and airbox or open airbox routes.

Just get a Uni replacement filter and keep it clean.
