I've got everything I need to do the swap and just realized that the headlight mount is NOT the same. The headlight on my '82 110 (square) has mounts coming out from the fork which meet the headlight on the sides. A bolt on each side goes directly through the fork and into the side of the headlight. The fork from the 125m ('84) doesn't have the protruding mounts. The holes for the headlight are "flat" against the fork. Does it use some kind of mounting bracket to adapt into the sides of the headlight?

Well, I'm $200 into this damn swap and I wish I'd never messed with it! Perch, lever, cable, 125 bearings, new headlight bracket, brake shoes, popping 3 tires off rims and switching them around. This has turned out to be a huge pain in the ***!

once you ride with front brakes you'll be glad you did it. although i don't know why you spent so much. i just used the front brake with the stock 110 forks

front brake is good to have. it'll be worth it in the end.
