You should be able to. I am not sure what the 250r wireing looks like. But i am guessing it is about the same as like my 200x. When i put the headlight on mine. I just looked up the wire colors on the 200x high beam/low beam/ground. And went to the hardware store and picked up some connectors. A word to the wise. DONT CUT THE WIRES ON THE HEADLIGHT!!!!!!!. Cut the wires on the wire harness. And put the connectors on them so they will plug into the headlight. As i am sure you know if you just got the 350x headlight assemble. They are worth big$$$$$ and if you go hacking up the wires on it. That makes them worth much less. And the wire harness on the trike is worth about $20.00. So make all your splices on that. So if you dont have a manual. Get your multitesater out. And check the three wires that ran your old headlight. Two of them should have voltage and the other will be a ground. And you just have to figure out which one of the two is high beam and which is lowbeam. I hope that helps.

I wonder if you could fabricate a jumper harness to go between the two so you dont have to cut either one??
I would hate to cut anything even if it is only 20 bucks.

Yeah, I'm with Ed, fabricate a converter harness that allows you to keep everything stock. It takes extra time to do things right, but it's worth it in the long run.
