How 2 Get Pics Under 100K

Man, every time i try to upload, or I take a pic, its bigger than 100000k, How do y'all get them so small???????????????

I ain't none too smart when it comes to these puter thinga-ma-bobs....but here's what I do:

First I use Microsoft Photo Editor.....open the file, click on "Properties"....in the resolution box, I change it to 150 pixels or so, then after clicking ok, click on the Image menu, then go to "resize"...from there I just drop the % down to around 40% or whatever it takes to get the pic to a reasonable size. Save it, and yer done.

If'n ya aint usin MS photo Editor......I caint hep ya. ;)
