Hello! I am new to the trike scene. The last dirt bike I had was a briggs/stratton minibike. I have a friend that gave me an 83' 250r three wheeler with everything fine except the rear axle is in my truck and the axle carrier +misc axle parts are in a bucket. I am not sure where anything goes and I don't know if I even have all the parts. I think i can put it together, but I am not sure what will keep the bearings in place while riding. Is there someone out there that knows of a good visual diagram on the web for me to see? I already bought an 81' swingarm assembly off ebay trying to take an easy route, but the difference from 81-83 is like night and day. I am really excited about riding, but it is taking me forever to get this part going . If there is anyone out there that could help please reply or contact me at christopher21@mailcity.com
Thanks!!!

i have two 83's so i can help you. i have a repair manual at the house that i will try to send you a scan from. if you dont have all the parts i have complete set up that i could sell you. lets see what all you have and see if you can make it work. goto www.partsfish.com and register. they have some great diagrams. by a manual, you will need it.

i run XP with internet explorer 6.0, when i put my cursor over a picture it has a option to save, print, or email the picture . most of the time you can right click a picture and go to properties and either save it or get the link/url in which you can link it in the BBS or email what ever you need.

:) thanks roadx and 200xbasket! The guy that had the 3-wheeler before me screwed up when he changed the bearings. He screwed up the bearings, carrier, and axle. How much would it cost to buy the assembly minus the axle and swingarm? I am anxious to try to ride it! I am getting married in a month and school has been taking my money also. You guys have been a big help already thank you!! You can still reach me at christopher21@mailcity.com
sincerely
chris
