I know the 86-87 t3s have pv and i noticed the tri z mod to put a pv head on. can the same mod be done to a 84-85 t3? I have a t 4 htop end. would that fit? Also would a t4 motor be worth fixing up for the 84-85 chasis?

the t4 topend used a different bore and stroke then the t3, so i doubt it would ever fit up. the KIPS is powered by a centrifugal govenor that is driven off of the crank so i seriously doubt you could get a PV 84-85 motor without a thousand dollar machine shop bill. just install a 86-87 engine!!

well not just the t4 top end. Did kawasaki make a pv kx 250 that might fit on. They did it to a tri z with a few simple mods. They say it has sweet flock all for bottom but get up in speed it screams. Ive never seen this question asked befor.
