Hello guys i have a list here of things i need help with,if anyone could answer these ???? it would be greatly apreceiated..

Ok #1 ,how much is a carb kit roughly? Is it a big job to rebuild?
#2 Does jb weld work to fix exhaust leaks? It's only a 110 so theres not a whole lot of back pressure.
#3My CDI has a small leak do i need to buy a cdi gasket or can i use a tube of liquid gasket type sealant stuff?#4 which is the tricky question my atc seemed like the clutch was slipping so i tried adjusting the clutch and then it wouldn;t shift in or outta gear so when i got it to shift and move it still seemed to slip but now i can't readjust it cause the screw won't turn right or left,i even tried taking the bolt off and still no luck so now i'm thinking i will take the sidecase off and see whats up and maybe deglaze the clutches and then refill with honda oil the guy i got it from had the oil changed freshly but i'm not sure if it was honda oil,but this also doesn't explain the stuck adjuster screw...So i'm very confused the carb rebuild and cdi and exhaust is gonna be penuts compared to the clutch..this engine was newly rebuilt 1 year before i bought it and barely used in that year so it's pretty much fresh to me so i'm hoping to get on the trails without having to spend alot.....So far i got $200 in it thats just what i bought the trike for yesterday....So any help would be great thanks..

#1 not much, about $15 if you find one, but you probably don't need one - if a trikes been sitting, the carb needs to be cleaned, but normally all the parts can be reused. search this site for carb cleaning tips, and you'll probably be all set unless it's missing parts to begin with.
#2 I used some JBWeld to put aluminum patches on my 110 muffler, and then muffler repair putty to seal up the edges. I sold the trike not long after, but it seemed to hold up OK, at least short term.
#3 Not sure what you mean by a CDI leak - If it's working right, seal it up with RTV or silicone, I guess.
#4 you have two clutches - the main one disengages when
you move the shift lever and then re-engages when the shift lever goes back to the middle. The other, the centrifugal clutch, engages at a certain rpm ( not sure, maybe 1000 or so ), and
releases when the RPM drops below that again.
To adjust: loosed the locknut, turn the adjuster screw left
(counterclockwise) until it BEGINS to get tight. Then turn it
right ( clockwise ) about 1/4 turn. Tighten the locknut back down.

Let us know how you make out.
