Hey, I was just looking at a 350x to buy and buddy said that it was rebuilt only a couple of weeks ago. My question , is that the bike is really hard to kick over i mean you have to put your weight into it, but once you do kick it over it starts on first or second kick and runs strong, does that mean that there is anything wrong with the bike or is that normal?

just sounds like a typical 350x. they are extremely hard to kick over if they have good compression.

They are hard to kick if the decompression cable is broken ,or misadjusted.
To easily start it, cycle the kickstarter till you come up to the compression stroke, slowly push it through the stroke, release the kicker to the top of it's throw, and give it a good kick! That's the easiest way to deal with it.
