Hey, I just changed my gas oil mix to 40:1 and my question is. It seems that since I have changed the mix when I ride the bike will ride normal first starting off in low rpm but when you gas it even a bit it will rev really high almost like the powerband but at a much lower rpm than before. Is this a common thing when you change your gas oil mix or is something maybe wrong somewhere?

what mixture were you running before? Did you rejet after changing it?

Hey, I was running 20:1 before. I did not rejet because I didn't know I had to and as well I don't know how to. I'm pretty new at bike repairs. Is it easy? Or do I have to take the whole carb out?

well let me 1st say that I've never done it, but I've READ that you should rejet when you change the mixture because you're also changing the amount of gas that's getting in the carb.
