Well I was lookin on ebay for a pipe/silencer for my 85' ATC250R. I didnt really find anything specifically for the ATC, but found quite a few for the TRX's. Will a pipe and silencer for a TRX bolt right up or not? I figured about everything from the steering stem back would be about the same on the TRX's and ATC's....anyone know...?

trx pipes will not fit an atc without modifications, also silencers will not fit either without rebending where they meet the pipe. A trx and atc have different bends where the two connect.

The only TRX pipes that will fit ATC are the out of frame drag pipes. Other then that there is not chance of making one fit with the front tire and seating position. Although certain silencers will fit with little modification. One that comes to mind is the one made by ESR.

I know the current TRX pipes with the U-shaped headpipe will not work on an ATC, but what about the late 80's/early 90's ones? The ones that have a shape very similar to the ATC pipe.
Thanks
