Can someone tell me what jet size I need for my 250sx?

I have a Cobra exaust and a uni filter running the stock jet... Stock is 130, I was told to go up seven but not sure....

I would only go up one at the most, but it really depends on your particular trike, your altitude, and a bunch of other factors. what does your plug look like right now? any backfiring or popping when coasting down from a high speed?
