350x extended swingarm??????????

I have an 86 350x, I want an extended swingarm to keep the front planted on the ground during those hard launches. Where do you get one? Are people cutting ,and extending them their selves or buying them aftermarket? and how much of an extension is good for a good hard leave at the start line, but still lets me ride wheelies?

they do not make aftermarket swingarms for 350X's anymore some places will build you a custom one (550.00-650.000) and some will also extend them. i also extend swingarms in my shop. as far as lenght goes 1 1/2" is good for all around 3" is good for sand/desert riding

if you still wanna be able to do wheelies I would stick with around 1-2"...maybe 3" if you have alot of mods. just don't forget that your turning radius will suffer so if you ride in tight corners you might wanna reconsider. good luck!
