well i would have mounted it the day i got it except some numbnut welded up the stock bolt hole and the coffe can lookin one mounted further forward, so the result is i hafta drill thry my frame and put a bolt and a lock nut on it:doh:

I just put the Aluminum RCM on my 200x... You will love that pipe..Makes a huge difference.... Be ready though, it is LOUD..... It sounds Great though......

Best thing I can offer for advice is paint the pipe before you install it. I found that with one of the two DG's I've bought the paint didn't last kissing time. Better to add a thick coat of high heat stuff before it's bolted on.

Yeah those pipes don't sound too bad. Nice deep sound. I've ridden a few bikes with those pipes and didn't notice a huge power diffrence.

ok i got it on, it sounds great lots of power and i spend most of my riding time lookin for a 6th gear! but can anyone tell me how to make it stop shootin the 2 foot flames?:chuckle:
