I'm going to try and get some parts together and rebuild my front forks since they started leaking.

I noticed in Dennis Kirk, seals only cost about $4. I went to a dealer today to price some seals and new fork boots and he said that they were $17 a piece for the seals and scrapers. He didn't mention anything about the boots.

Is that what I need or can I just order seals and new boots from Kirk?

Dealer quoted you Honda seals, probably. Dennis Kirk sells aftermarket ones. I don't think the OEM seals are worth 9 times more, IMHO.

I've got aftermarket on several of mine, and they work fine. It's up to you though!

I could have sworn that Kirk only wanted $4 or something close. Now they have prices of $21 and $26 each. OUCH.

Then they need 10 oz of fluid each at $10 a bottle and probably another $25 for fork boots.

Whew, that's about $90.

Guess I'll head back to the dealer. They should feel priveleged I even went there for parts for a 250R and should give me a discount.:headbang:
