When I try to go from anything over 1/2 throttle to full throttle all the bike seems to do is rev. But if I ease into the throttle it wont do it, but I really have to ease in to it. Is this the clutch slipping or even the clutch at all? Or something else???:wtf:

Thanks in advance!!!

sounds like a clutch to me, try to do some adjustments on it.
if not replace the clutch fibers.

Glad to know that its not a royal pain in the azz!:lala: I did a little adjusting tonight and it got a little better, but I didnt have much time to mess with it because it was getting to late to ride out here plus it was starting to rain
Thanks agian, Ill keep you updated!

If you end up taking it apart to inspect, and find that the discs are ok, just replace the springs with some h/d units.

OK, time to get out an old trick. Take the clutch apart, and put washers under the springs. Its kinda like HD springs, but lots cheaper. It will not last a long time, but will last for a while.

If you do the washer trick, make sure that you don't have spring bind under compression!

You are exactly correct mobular. Too much washer does not work either. In the day, I would use just one washer, usually that was all it took.

How much do the HD springs ushally run?

Thanks agian:headbang: ,
