Put everything together today...Everything fit just fine...When I got it all tight I tried to Spin the Carrier...She was REAL tight...Seemed to have allot of Drag...Is this normal??? Will it loosen up a bit on the bike???

the problem is,,,,,,, the spacer pipe between the bearings needs to be spaced ,,,, they get wore and you end up side loading your bearings,, they will not last long if you don't fix it. pull the axle out and look and see if the pipe spacer is tight between them,,,,
what i always do is measure the distance between the bearing shoulders (where the bearings seat in the carrier) the pipe spacer should be at least that same measurment,,, if not a few thousandths more,,,

Ive taken it apart numerous times now and put it back together with the same results...The tighter I get the Axle nut the less Free Spin I get..The spacer fits inbetween the Bearings fine and spins great until I get the Axle nut on and tight...Does anyone think that it could be that Banshee Sprocket hub??? I dont have a Spare Z hub to try...

the pipe spacer is what i am leaning towards,,,,, if its free when you have it loose ,, and binds when you tighen it it only takes a few thousandths to side load the bearings ......

nothing is easy when your customizing something,,,, honda makes spacers i got some ,, i had to space mine when i put a rad carrier in my 500,, it has twin row bearings and the pipe spacer was a little short it took one spacer and WHAMMO !! perfect,,,,
it shouldn't matter how tight you get the nut when the bearings are right it will spin free as can be,,,,   :D
