It's been awhile but I believe you line the dot on the cam up with the top of the head, and the 0 on the flywheel , or the line, with the opening of the inspection hole on the side of the cranckcase, the inspection hole is on the flywheel side of the crankcase. Make sure you turn the engine over easy by hand so you don't destroy your valves if you have your timing off.

guessing you have the flywheel cover off. on the flywheel there a t & f. look at the casing around the flywheel you should see a mark or a casing that looks like a line or bump. set the t on that. the the cam gear theres an o . on the top of the head there a v cast in the head. set the o in the center of that. have the two bolts out of the cam gear, slide the gear out and down on to the shaft coming out of the cam. put the chaim on being sure the chian is the the crank gear ang guides. set the cam gear back in place, aline the bolt holes. check the marks. if ther not in the right place slide the cam gear back down. the chain will loosen.hold the gear in place on the shaft with one hand. have a small screw driver near. with the other hand take the screw driver start near the bottem of the gear lift the chain out of the teeth of the gear.then slide the srewdriver up and around the cam gear. the chain will ( should ) fallow the screw driver. moving the chain one notch. if it needs tomove to the right the start on the right. most of the time the o will not be right in the center of the v just as long as its in the casting area. sometimes you, llhave to screw with it 4/5 times to get it right. after this you,ll be a pro

I think the 110 has an automatic cam chain tensioner. I've never messed with the cam chain/cam gear before so I'm not sure how the automatic tensioner comes into play. Does it have to be removed before you start messing with the chain???
