These two shots are of one of my finer moments. They were taken about two seconds apart. The part you don't see in between is where I was landing completely sideways. I guess I caught a rut or something. No harm done.

By the rules I play by, it does not count as a crash if you do not break you flag. And you only have to admit to a crash if you have to carry your flag back to camp. ( I carry enough tools to fix mine on the sand, so you have to catch me to make it count)

I'm with DADS! Upon further examination, I'm not convinced the trike OR the rider are the same in the two pics, either! I think there's a conspiracy going on here, and someone obviously stands to make million$ from sneaking that lie by all of us!!!

Sorry Dads- just patronizing you a bit. Have you been watching too much CSI lately?? ;)

Alright you guys, it really is the same spot. The second picture doesn't have the same background because the photographer rotated about one picture width to the left to follow the action. Honest!!

Those huge dunes look cool, but as far as crashing and walking away, me and my riding bros climb WAY more technical sh!t then that, crash, and walk away. Sand is the most forgiving terrain out there. Try the "Beaton Hills" up here. More machines have been wrote off by insurance companies from crashing in there, then any where else except the mountains a few hours drive from here. If you are an average rider, the "Beaton" WILL hang a beatin' on your beast!! Slontchyaa!! :demon: ( I will get some pics for all you non believin'sad sacs!! :demon:
