image editing? I'd like to create a map of the U.S. with all the states we have members from in a particular color and maybe little dots for each person's hometown.

Maybe someone knows if there is a program that would let you do this? Like maybe just plug in someone's zip and it would add it automatically to the map?

what do y'all think?

in a perfect world I'd have a script of some sort that would let me input the zipcode and it would put a dot on a map. for a certain number of dots then you'd get a star on the map. when one person is in a state the state would change color to indicate a member lives there and you could see the dot in the approximate area where they live.

however at the very least just a map of the us and canada with the outlines of the states/provinces and the ability to change the colors of them individually would be fine. the dots for location and stuff isn't a big priority.

You should try using Adobe Photoshop, for the map. Its pretty easy to use, and it could make a map like your talking about pretty easily.
