350x cylinder on a 250x

is it possibly to wap the entire cylinder/top end off of a 350x onto a 250x?

The swap I have seen is where you put the entire 350X motor in a 250x cart. Powroll sells a kit.

Around here tho, you might catch some crap for "killing" the doner 350X

the doner is as dead as it could ever get, it doesnt run, needs 100% taken apart and every gasket replaced, then a cdi and an oil cooler, so :P. i knew about that swap, but im curious if i could take the top end off, swap them, and with a lil fine tuning have me a much more powerful quad.

gaskets is a 2 hour job and what 50 bux :doh: cdi and oil cooler...whell you have the zx6 coils laying around...im sure you could redneck that....:loser: :loser: :loser:

lol thats ok man, my friend convinced me that we can do it ourselves in the shop (weve done it with motorcycle motors before), so im going to do that.

whell dont hesitate to ask any questions.take your time and mark everything get 3 people to check your cam timing when you get it back together. just to be safe...
