I put my honda 200 motor /185 frame in the shop becouse it needed a clutch. It was 200 dollars 100 parts 100 labour for the stuff i needed. I got other things like a new plug wire just little odds and ends. Well i got home with it and it wouldnt start. i brought it back to the shop and they put something in the pull rope some sort of big gasket so it would pull start. they told me to clean the carb. So i took off the carb opend it up and
 muddy colord gas pourd out of the bowl. there was chunks of rust all in it. o well i sprayed it really well with some dolla stoe carb cleaner cleand the jets out put it back together. and it wouldnt start with the rope but i could push start it in 4th. So around 25 feet later :lala: i was riding.

Then i noticed it would not idle. Now this is where the bioch comes in. I adjusted the idle perfect,,,,, nice and smooth. Turned it off and watched some tv came back out and i could not push start it even in 5th. I mean the tires would lock up. Now mind u i ovehauled it and put some weisco piston i found on ebay in it. A high compresion pistion. Now this was the best thing i could have done. Now i cant push start it. So i loosend out the idle screw and it started. So basicly its got so much compresion that when the motor send gas in i guess it just locks it up. Sort of like when someone messes with the gas when u try to pull start it. My pull rope now pulls in and out it dosnt catch any more. Can i ever have good luck does this happen:wtf:

So what do yall suggest with this. Will it lossen up as time goes on. This is a freshly overhauld motor with a high compresion piston. I was thinking :lala: when i found out it was a performance piston. I guess that bite me on the ass real good. Should i just keep the idle screw all the way out until the motor breaks in?

Also its got lots of kick it brings the front wheel up in 3rd with around 300 pounds to pull. I like the power. but its a whore to get started. i dont have any brothers to help me start this thing its just me and my fat arse pushing this thing.

I went outside and got it started again. I was weeeeeeee for a while until it died and out of curiosity i pulled the rope. And the whole fly wheel spins. I took off that little cap or bolt so i couild see and i can see the fly wheel spin and i hear it spin in the motor or something. I hope nothing goes wrong. At least i can push start it. thats all i really care if i can get it started. Any ideas what could be wrong with the pull rope the people at the shop looked at it earlier before it went out when they put the spacer on and they did not see anything wrong they even started it with the rope. damn it
