Wtf Fouled Plug

my 200s has been really hard to start and i noticed the plug was sute black. I changed it and its turnd this one black also. Any ideas why its doing this? anything i can do ??????

first thing is to clean your carb thoroughly.

yeh i cleand it out really good yesterday. crap the shop said it needs a carb kit. I think im gona buy a bag of spark plugs and keep on weeeeeing. I had 2 carbs and an extra engine and the guy who worked on my bike (motor swap) i brought 2 motors to him. 185 and a 200 he said the 185 motor was junk so we overhauled the 200 he gave me one of my carbs and i eventuly had to put it in a shop to fix the clutch. Well he kept my old parts (i never payd him) cause the thing didnt run. i may ask aroudn and see if any one i know has a carb. I cant belive we spent 550 dollars on this three wheeler and i rode it for a hour tops. I guess thats the way it goes:doh: :fire: :doh: :bash: :fire: :doh: :lala: :wtf:

It sounds like the carb is just set to rich. And its getting to much fuel and cant burn it all. Try unsrewing the cap off of the top of the carb. And pull the slide assemble out of the carb. There is a clip on the top on the needle and you should see a couple of different slots that the clip can go in to. Try moving that clip up one notch. That will keep the needle from opening so much and giving it to much fuel. The farther down the clip is the more fuel the carb puts out. And the higher up the clip goes the less fuel the engine gets. So try moving it one notch at a time and then test running it. One notch can make a big difference.So give it a try and see if it dosnt solve the problem.

my 110 did it. was really rich leaned it out and it runs like a raped ape (as much as a 110 can).
