it's not quite the same. the good news is I have a place set up for us to have chats w/o downloading a program. check out the link on the front page for chat. the directins are there. our "room" isn't set up there yet, but it should be by tomorrow.

the only caveat is that it's pretty slow loading, but once you're connected it's fine. also I don't think we'll be able to chat on it with mIrc either. I'm still keeping my eyes open for a full service chat provider, but this will be fine in the interim.
