i got this little scooter... kinetic.. the local shop gave it up because they couldnt figure it out..
Ive gotten this thing to run for a minute or 2, and it would just idle, give it gas, and itll stall.. well, when you kick it over, and if you are touching the motor, and the frame, you get zapped quite good.. what would cause that?im stummped on this one.. altho im pretty sure its a bad ground someplace.. but i dont know
any ideas?
