Run a screwdriver flat, as a prybar around the seal inside. Thats how I bend my screwdrivers and pop the seals. I have a ratchet extension that was long ago demolished, that I ground a slot into to "grab" the spacer. I cant remember if you can grab spacer on this one. If not a over sized broken tip screwdriver grinded nice through the spacer angled whacking in a circle while cussing everytime you miss, for 2 hours solid. Once the first is out, I use a handy old 70 wheel spacer all whacked to pieces, take my pure anger on it and the other tends to be out in about 3 mins.
 Heat helps sometimes. Hey if its any consolation took us 2 months to get the axle out!! Some !@$@#$ piece of @#@!#$ brake hub, would not move. At least yours is out.
