The bolts are like stuck right? Ok first try to get some wd-40 or another kind of bolt breaker like break away in the threads and let it sit for a few hours or a day then try to break it free . If that doesnt work take a torch and heat up the bolt or screw till its piping hot DONT TOUCH IT BY HAND!!! take a wrench or srew driver and it should come off like a loose nut.

On the axle nut (41mm end wrench should do it) make sure the wrench is completely on there good, then give the other end of the wrench a good blow with a rubber mallet...that should free it.

If you cant still get it off. Get your wrench on it and find a pipe about 2 foot long that will fit over it. That is how I would do it. Oh and put some WD-40 on it to. It is just a plain old "Cheater Stick".

Put the nut back on the axle flush with end . have some one hold a 4x4 on the nut than hit it with a slug hammer. the bearing are rusted to the shaft. ..... and put the dam bike on a milk crate so you can work on it.......have the 4x4 holder hold the trike too with one hand so you don't nok it off the crate.

Sorry dads I guess I didn't explain it right I can't figure out how to undo all the bolts because there are nuts behind the sprocket to get the bolts off. Help please. I'm very distressed. I can't figure how to get the sprocket off.

Matt i think the nuts or bolts that you are seeing behind the sprocket are to hold your chain guard on. I dont think they have anything to do with the axle. The sprocket should come off with the axle.

I agree with dads i think the bearings are stuck to the axle.

how bad are they? Can't you just have it welded?

Well I could probably get the hole but the crack is quite severe. I was thinking about that though I might yet try it.

I have it completely apart now. I'm hoping to find parts locally. The bearing case thing is cracked into two pieces. Thanks everyone. And do you need a bearing press to put in bearings?
