need ignition or other help!

after the accident on my atc 500 i've had ignition problems.after kicking the bike over hundreds of time i only get a flicker from the spark plug.i replaced the hold ignition system with new and rebuilt parts. now i have a strong spark each time it spins over but it still will not crank.i have tons of compression,new rad valve reeds,good ground and the carb is putting the gas.now if we pull it in 4th gear it cranks up and runs.any help would be great.

did you try a squirt of gas in the plug hole fist to see if it fires.
Maybe a fuel prob.

Starting fluid they sell today is junk. gas burns better.
+ it washes all the oil out of the rings.

Do you get a "brite blue spark" or a "yellow one"???

good spark bad spark it's a strong blue spark.

put fuel in the plug hole, and kick it ,and tell me what happens.

This might be a dumb question...But what type of accident was it? Did it hit the wiring harness? Hit on the stator side or case? Is the engine cut off switch ON???(may not have one, two stroke)
Try a different plug?? just covering all the basics
