I was wondering how difficult it is to remove the front tire as I need to replace the tire. My main concern was the brake assembly - so I didn't want to tear into it prior to knowing what I am getting my self into.
Thanks

If things are not stuck together, this is a simple job.
The biggest problem is when the axle is stuck in the bearings, and will not slide out.
After looking at the parts breakdown at partsfiche, you do not have to touch the brake if it is stuck.
Support the trike so the front tire is off of the ground. A milk crate under the motor works good.
Take the brake cable off of the brake assembly at the wheel.
Loosten the four 10mm nuts on the axle clamp at the bottom of the right (facing the front of the trike) shock. Turn the axle to unscrew it from the left hand shock. If the axle will slide out, you are in fat city. If the axle does not want to slide out of the hub, the hub will start to push on the right hand shock. If this happens, take the four 10 mm nuts and the axle clamp completly off. You can then rotate the left shock so the axle does not hit on the right shock. Unscrew the axle from the shock, and the tire, wheel, hub, and brake assembly will come off as a unit.
Once the wheel and hub are off of the trike, you take out the four bolts that hold the wheel onto the hub, and the tire and wheel are seperated. You do not have to take the brake off at all.
IMHO, I would not just put a stuck assembly back on. You will have to deal with it eventually. Take it to a shop and have it pressed apart.
The same with the brake. You can leave it put together, but while the wheel is off is the time to check the shoes for wear, and replace them if necessary.
