225DR cam chain tensioner

I have two different maintenance books at my disposal to use with regards to adjusting the cam chain tension on my DR. Problem is, neither book has the type of tension adjuster that my DR has. At least from their diagrams(pictures), my tension adjuster is totally different.

My tension adjuster has a bolt in the center of a cap that is held on by two allen head bolts. Any one else have this type of tensioner cap? And how do you adjust yours?

Also will this have any effect at all (once adjusted) as to how the machine will run?

That type is not adjustable.

That sounds like the auto adjusting cam chain adjuster that Yamaha switched to for their early quads.

This may be the case but why would they even put a cap on it then? Doesn't make sense. Anyway, thanks for your input guys.
