Pulling head off 350X need help?

I am going to be pulling the head off my '85 350X and was wondering if there is anything special that I need to do or any secerets that would help me out? If I am not mistaken I will have to pull the motor out of the bike. But other then that if there is anything that you think may help me out please let me know!!!

I have done it 2 times with it in the bike. Its completely NOT recomened, it was a complete pain in the :booty: . If you have a manual its REALLY easy. ive taken appart the head now 4 times, and i can do have a bike appart, back together and running in 2 nights, (6-8 hours total)

you do NOT have to pull the motor, it just makes it easier. just remember to loosen the bolts on 2 or 3 steps so you dont warp the head. also, how far into the head are you diving? or do you know? if you need anything PM me.
