I have a 84 ATC 200m. Dos anyone know what the proper jetting would be for about 2000 feet? Also what is the correct stock spark plug.
thanks for the help!

At 2000 feet you 'should' be able to use stock jetting.
Main jet = 95
Pilot jet = ??? no clue ... some of the 200 Honda models had carbs where the pilot jet is not removable.
Pilot screw = 2-1/8 turns out from lightly seated
Needle jet clip = middle groove
Float level = 0.55 inches or 14 mm
Plug = NGK DR8ES-L....ND X24ESR-U....CHAMPION RA6YC
PLUG GAP= .024-.028
Hope this helps

I agree with Haywood, stock should be good. In the winter you may need to watch that, she may go rich.
I think pilots across the board on the 200's are 38. I will double check that. I know they are all th same. OH and they love to clogg up.
WELCOME to the board!!

Thanks for the help. I just received this and had no idea of what stock was or what has been done to it. It is definetly running rich, Currently it has a 100 main and a 35 slow jet. Seems to be running rich at all RPMs. I will change the main and check the needle clip and start from there.
thanks for the help.

the 100 main jet instead of the stock 95 shouldn't make it rich at idle.
I would give it a good cleaning and try it again or just raise the clip up one groove on the needle and try that since the needle will affect "ALMOST" all rpm ranges. Also set the pilot screw to the stock setting and go from there since the 35 pilot jet is the smallest. By turning the pilot screw in it will be leaner.

Thanks so much for the info. Is there anything else that could be causing this besides jetting? I know sometimes when the coil is going bad it may starting doing this.
thanks again

Does it have a nice fat blue spark or a skinny little orange colored spark?
