I have good front brakes on all three of my air cooled R's. I can not get the DAMN rear brakes to work on them. They are 83-84. I have rebuilt 2 of the master cylinders and replaced the lines from the res to the mastercylinder and from the mastercylinder to the caliper. The only thing I have done to the calipers are replacing the bleeding screw. I can't find a rebuild kit or good replacement calipers. Does anyone know where I can get rebuild kits or have any suggestions? Or does anyone know of some newer years that will bolt up? Thanks for any help in advance!!

 If you blead them, and all the air is out they will work.
first off did you pull the caliper off and hold it above the master when you blead it. this forses all the air to the caliper.
I find front and rears like to trap air and not work.

If you have a old brake disc put it in the caliper so it does not close the shoes on you. AL
