A after market air filter(more air flow)
A after market exhaust(more air flow)
A 200x piston(10.0-1 instead of 7.9-1 stock)
A 200x cam(higher rpm cam)
A 200x head(bigger intake valve to take in more fuel)
A 200x carb(replaces the 22mm stock one with a 24mm)

Buy a machine with more balls!! I thought about it but really its just a waste of money doing up a 200s. Thats only my opinion.

I dont know about that. I think creating something that honda never offered is kind of cool. And for anybody that does a lot of woods riding. There is nothing like a auto clutch 200x for climbing over trees and bolders. Or for them times when you are slidding down very steep hills. It frees up your hands to run the brakes. On mine i used the rear parking brake cable and hooked it up to the clutch lever. And now i can run front and rear brakes with the hand levers. So i can lean way back on the pegs to keep from flipping. Without having to worrie about trying to run the foot brake for the rears. It works out very nicely.

And if you have a 200s motor in the 200s frame and it runs good and is moded. You can allways find a 200x frame to put it in later. Or if you are doing this to a 200x. You can allways get a 200x tranny later and put it back to stock. But either way it is a good way to learn motors. And learn little ways to tweak them. Without spending $$$$$$$ trying to do it on a v-8 car motor.

The mods are all the same no matter what model 200 it is. But a 82 200 with a high low range?????. Is this a 83 200e big red maybe?????.

A cheap way to get more power. Is to put a smaller front sprocket on it. You will lose some on top end but it will give you more low end snort.
