help wont stay running!

i just bought this honda 70 and i cant get it to stay running. it will start on the first pull but wont idle and will only run for a few seconds on the gas, any clues

i forgot--- it seems like if i rock it or shake it it will run longer as long as i am on the gas..HMMM

cleaned the filter behind pet****(rust)..no change

Clean the float bowel and jets.

is it hard to do, i have no clue about carbs...do i take it off or just spray carb cleaner in it...

You have to take it off. its not that hard. you can get all the answers here at org if you run into probs.

cleaning the float bowl and jets it very easy. I've done it a few times already on my 110(i'm havin carb problems if you haven't read past posts) It's a little easier if you take off the whole manifold leading to the carb first. Then take the carb off the manifold. It gives you a more room to unscrew the carb from it, if you take the whole thing off. I would reccomend turning the gas lines off before you start takin off the carb.
