I have a MINT 1985 250sx. Front end is fine but performance kinda sucks. I have read where some have put 200x and 250R front ends on them and LOVE the results. What is needed? Do I need to replace the tripple trees and everything or will a set of forks fit in mine and then make spacers. I know I need a front rim, tire, forks, axle?, spacers, hub, and brakes.....what else and what parts SHOULD I buy? Does anyone have a setup for sale?

Get an entire 200x front end and install in place of the original.
You will need to cut the stock steering stop off the SX frame and fabricate one to fit the 200x tripple. Not hard to do if you have a friend with a welder.... finding good 200x parts is harder.

86/87 200x front end has more travel than 83/85 200x front end. Plus the stop cover is part of the tripple on 86/87, part of the frame 0n 83/85. You need the complete front end to do the swap.

Got a whole front end off an 85 200x from tire to handlebars for $150 shipped to my door, sounds good to me.
What about headlight, can I modify mine to fit or do I need the 200X setup?

250sx headlight will work. Just remove the rubber straps and install them backwards.
