how do i adjust the timen on my 3 wheeler

please tell me how to adjust timen on my 3 wheeler
not the timen chain but the timen

Take the side cover off of your PULSE GENERATOR. The little round cover on the head. And loose the retaining screws. Then take the little round timing cover off of the top of your recoil starter. Then start up the engine and let it warm up a little. Then hook your timing light up to the spartplug lead wire. And shine it down the hole in the recoil. You will see a mark that says F for fire. You want to turn the PULSE GENERATOR until the F mark lines up with the notch in the case. And when you get it right on the mark. Then tighten every thing down and put the covers back oin and you are all done.
