Once you polish it its not more than taking the the engine out once a year and rubbing it down with mothers polish
Yea I put a 14t on there last time down because my chain stretched past my ajust. and was easier to change the sprocket then cut a link:rolleyes: Most of the time its 13/39

well... if a shops doing it... they can take a while, cause its demand... right now everyone is bringin in their **** from them breakign it half way through season and wanting it fixed.... so if he got in the back of the pack it can take awhile.... also, it depends on all he is replacing..... and if he is having the cases repolished... i know where i worked a total bottom end turn around in mid season was 3-5 weeks from drop off date if it didnt have a set time.. or appointment..

I am with Rash on this one. I would rather have a motor done right than a motor done now. When you rush a shop, you either have to pay huge $$$ to go to the front of the line, and/or you get the results of someone rushing and not doing as good of job as they could.

Hope it starts I havent fired it since our last ride in Sept. Were headed out next week for Winchesterbay for our annual beach cleanup.
