Power Valve Mod

This is for you guys that have done or have rode on a power valve tri-z. Is it worth doing? How's the power? I have a 86 yz250 power valve motor and a spare tri-z with the motor out now. ANd what about a yz490 motor in a tri-z? I have a 490 motor also

runs nice, id never go back to a non powervalved in a z again, runs even better with one of these instead of that heavy flywheel
